Grove Hall Nursery ltd respect's your privacy despite information we collect about you in our app "Grove Hall Nursery".

The term "Personal Data" may include your name, your address, your telephone number (home/mobile/work), your e-mail address, and your picture as well your child's name, picture, gender, address, date of birth, mother tongue language(s), nationality, place of birth, spoken languages, ethnic group, emergency contact details, GP details, medical history including: vaccination and immunization history, illness history, infectious diseases, your child's special dietary requirements, sleep patterns, does your child have a comforter and anything else we need to know about your child (provided by you).

Anonymous information, which we are not in a position to relate to you, does not qualify as "Personal Data".

We collect personal information about you and your children. All information we collect you voluntarily provided to us either by signing registration form or using website www.grovehallnursery.com or using app "Grove Hall Nursery".

Why we collect any personal information?

We are legally binded to collect personal information about children attending Grove Hall Nursery ltd and their parents. That information is used to identify children and his/her parents, contact information, GP details, emergency contact information (in case of emergency), child's medical history.

We kindly ask you to update any information changes might occur. You do not have to provide information you do not want us to know. However it's in your child interest to keep all information about you and your child up to date.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use your personal information solely for the interest of your children attending Grove Hall Nursery ltd as required by law. We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. We may change this privacy policy from time to time at Grove Hall Nursery ltd sole discretion.

COMMUNICATION PURPOSES

We will use your Personal Data for our legitimate interests according to Article of the GDPR to notify you activities at nursery we may use your email address, mobile, home, work phone number.

• Publicly available information: our website and mobile app may also have messages where head parent can post a message to every parent at Grove Hall nursery as vice/versa every parent has right to write a message to head parent or nursery manager and to the Principal. When sending a message, please be aware that the information is being made available to other parents or manager as well may be send via email (if email provided). If your personal information is posted on message board, please contact Grove Hall nursery manager or other staff with request to its removal. We may not be able to remove your personal information from emails that already were send, but information we will removed from our website and mobile app. If we will not be able to delete that information we will let you know about the reasons.
• Developers and testers: personal data about you may become available to our own IT personnel.
• Teachers and managers: has a right to access your and your child's personal data.

RIGHT OF ACCESS

You have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold about you, i.e. the right to request free of charge:

• information whether your Personal Data is retained,
• access to your and your child's personal details
• Duplicates of the Personal Data retained. Normally, we provide the duplicate of the Personal Data retained within 30 (thirty) days upon your request.
• change your or your child's personal data
• change your or your child's personal data via our website or mobile app

RIGHT TO ERASURE

You have the right to deletion by us of your and your child's Personal Data via contacting Grove Hall Nursery manager/Principal.

Complicated Personal Data deletion. In some cases, deletion of your and or your child personal data, and therefore Personal Data deletion, is complicated. Namely, if you have unpaid invoices, invoices due to be issued. In some cases, considering the complexity and number of the requests, the period for Personal Data erasure may be extended, but for no longer than two further months.

Earlier Personal Data deletion. The reason we may keep some of your personal details after request to delete is due to legal requirements to keep it i.e. invoices, payments and other information that we have to keep.

Information from your own mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services.

RIGHT TO OBJECT

Where processing of your Personal Data is based on legitimate interests according to the GDPR, you can use your right to object at any time. If you object we will no longer process your Personal Data unless there are compelling and prevailing legitimate grounds for the processing or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint at a supervisory authority.

We do not have advertisements or in-app purchases.
